We are three partners with extensive experience in design, styling and business who have teamed up to bring you trove, a continually evolving collection of vintage furniture and finds. We are inspired by our shared appreciation for home décor that celebrates the slightly aged, gently worn, and above all, the unique. We are guided by our belief that rescuing and reusing objects with a previous life represents a small, but meaningful way to tread lightly on the earth.

With the eye and the energy to scour the best flea markets, estate sales and auctions, we  reel in the castoffs, reviving the tired yet timeless. We repurpose architectural salvage into one of a kind bookshelves and armoires, update quirky Victorian chairs with mod prints and hand silk screened linen, and rewire every alabaster lamp that comes our way.

To share our vision of home with others, trove was born in 2005 in an 19th century carriage house in historic Bucks County, PA, just one hour from New York City. We offer our prized treasure at select local shops and regional antique shows.  Each spring and fall, we slide open our doors for our signature sales events.

If you crave home décor that captures the patina of the past transformed for the present,  that will outlive the latest design trend, and that minimizes our impact on the planet... welcome to trove.

Meg Newell
Eager to launch a creative business, turned a long time passion for updating vintage furniture into a flexible career. Almost positive none of her Wharton MBA colleagues has a spray paint gun or plastic jumpsuit. The group’s color expert, she can detect a drop of gray in a quart of white.

Christine Edmonds
Former fashion stylist and event coordinator, caterer and florist, butcher, baker, candlestick maker. Has always loved the thrill of the hunt; the transformation of a dowdy old Victorian chair into a smartly striped accessory. OK, she was never a butcher.

Rebecca Bancroft
With a marketing, theatre and venture capital background, Rebecca loves to create environments that interpret the story of their owner’s life. The fabric maven, she unearths astounding vintage textiles and is trove’s upholstery expert.
